Sex Through Yoga
A recent article in Tango magazine touted
the benefits of yoga for your sex life. Not only does it reinvigorate
your body, but you'll also increase your flexibility, learn
to tune into bodily sensations, and practice clearing your
mind of stressful clutter. All of which equals more powerful
and intimate sex with your sweetie!
Perks Challenge: Take a yoga class at your
neighborhood gym or yoga studio. Or buy/rent a yoga video
and practice at home together! You can also visit www.yogatoday.com
